Requirements

  • Remember that if you downsize or change wing after registering for the event - you might no longer be eligible for participation. If so is the case, let us know the updated wing choice and make sure you still fit the requirements.

  • Minimum 500 jumps total (For jumpers with less than 1000 jumps we would like to first speak to someone we know that can vouch for your skillset)

  • Minimum 50 jumps on canopy to be used

  • Minimum 50 jumps last 3 months.

  • If you are considering using a Mutant or other supine harness - inform us in advance.

  • Mobile phone with battery and data credit in Slovenia on all jumps.

  • Must have taken a canopy course.

  • Must demonstrate disciplined heading control post deployment

  • Must be aware of other jumpers location & intended build location while doing house keeping

  • Third party insurance covering skydiving in Slovenia.

  • Health insurance in Slovenia, including repatriation. Documentation of this must be provided in advance.

  • AAD

  • Signed waiver, in person.

  • Google location sharing to crew members. See video below.

 
 
 
 

What’s Included?

The event cost is 1625€ and includes:

-10 mountain flying jumps, led by Johannes Bergfors and Andreas Mosling.
-4 participants per leader
-Dedicated Ground Crew on the LZ:s
-Van-shuttles from LZ:s to Skydive Bovec
-Landing fees
-Thorough briefing on Day 1
-Welcome or goodbye dinner
-Briefings and coaching during the week from 8am til dusk.
-Souvenir

We are definitely hoping to do more than the included 10 mountain flying and/or valley jumps. In that case prices are as follows:

-Extra mountain flying (and other Out-Of-DZ Jumps) are 62,5€ per person (including coach slot) - assuming the camp is full. If it's not then the price is 50€ + your share of the coach slot.
-Jumps over Skydive Bovec are 47,5€ (including coach slot) - assuming the camp is full. If it's not then the price is 38€ + your share of the coach slot.
-If we do less than 10 Out-Of-DZ-jumps, you will be refunded 62,5€ per jump not used.

 
 

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Pure Mountain Flying (PMF)

Registration

• Is confirmed on receipt of full payment of event fee.
• There are limited slots, and it will be a first come first serve basis to ensure teams are compatible
• We will do our best to form teams of compatible abilities.

Manifest

• You will be manifested as part of the event and are expected to be on every load your team is.
• If you miss a load, you will still be charged for the slot, this is a skills event not a boogie.
• In the event of sickness, injury or malfunction for example, you and PMF will do their best to find
a replacement to replace you and cover your slot. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Be prepared to pay for
your slot.
• If you receive a red card, your slot will be charged for the remainder of the day.
• We cannot change the weather. We will make weather calls appropriate for the participants.
• No refund will be given for weather days and by signing up you are agreeing to come to the DZ and jump in the team.
• If you do not show up at the event you will not get a refund.
• If you DO NOT meet the camp minimum requirements you may not be allowed to continue jumping with your group for the
rest of the camp and WILL NOT be refunded.

 

Equipment & Safety

• You will use a rig that is in good condition and designed to be flown in all orientation at high speeds (please ask if you have
any questions if you are not 100% sure what is meant by this, do not arrive at the event being unsure).
• AADs are mandatory and they must be turned on.
• Audible altimeters are mandatory (using two is highly recommended).
• A visual altimeter is mandatory.
• There will be a yellow and red card system for safety and attitude towards safety. Beer fines are associated with cards.
• You will use a canopy appropriate for your experience and currency.
• There is zero tolerance for the use of any substances during the jumping day.
• There is a zero tolerance towards any aggressive, disrespectful, or demeaning behaviour towards any participants, LO, DZ
staff or other DZ users.


Cancellations & Travel

• If you can arrange for a replacement for your slot there is no charge. The replacements must be a flyer at a the same or
higher level than you.
• If you cannot arrange a replacement
  -60 days before - you lose 25% of the cost
  -45 days before - you lose 50% of the cost
  -20 days before - you lose 100% of the cost
• Participants are to make their own travel arrangements to the DZ and are advised to take cancellation insurance for all travel
and accommodation.

INSURANCE

I hereby certify that I have a third party liability insurance that is valid for sport parachute and/or skydiving and that it is valid in Europe
during the full duration of my stay.

I hereby certify that I have medical insurance or travel insurance that covers medical costs, including repatriation, that is valid for sport
parachuting and/or skydiving and that it is valid in Europe during the full duration of my stay.

MEDICAL STATEMENT FOR PARACHUTE JUMPING

I hereby certify that I am not under any treatment or do not suffer from any physical infirmity or uncontrolled chronic ailment or injury of
any nature, that I have normal vision or wear corrective lenses. I hereby certify that I am physically and psychologically fully capable of
practicing sport parachute and/or skydiving jumps. I furthermore agree to never do any sport parachute and/or skydiving jumps while my
abilities are impaired by alcohol or any drug.
